To view our existing projects, you can check the **#product-channel** in our Discord.

#### Where will the product I purchased be delivered?

You can access the product you purchased through [CFX Keymaster](https://keymaster.fivem.net/).

#### Do you accept refunds?

**Refunds are not accepted.** However, if there is a technical issue with the product that we cannot resolve, an **exchange option** may be provided at our discretion.

#### Can I transfer my purchase to another account?

If you want to **transfer your purchase** to another account, you must do it through the **Keymaster** panel (one-time transfer policy).

#### How can I get support for maps and scripts?

Unlimited support for our maps and scripts is provided exclusively via our **Ticket System** on Discord.

#### What do I need before receiving product support?

To receive support regarding a product, you must have the **Customer role** in the ticket. Please ensure your Discord is linked to your Tebex account.

#### When is your support team available?

Our support line is active **24/7** to assist you across different time zones.

#### How can I install the product?

You can easily install the product by reading the **README file** inside your resource folder. If you experience any issues during installation, you can **open a ticket** for assistance.

#### Are your maps and scripts optimized?

Absolutely. Our maps and scripts are released with a strong focus on **optimization**, ensuring low resmon and high FPS for all players.

#### Do you accept custom orders?
